I’m concerned about the risk of autism from the mercury/thiomersal used in kid’s routine vaccines. I’ve read that it was removed in 2000 from most vaccines. Does anyone know if this is true or not? If it’s still used, how expensive are the mercury-free ones?
Is Thiomersal still used in children's vaccinations in Australia?

I know that I see reports all the time that it is still in the vaccines here in the U.S. I called the CDC (government funded organization) and asked them directly. That is the best way to find out. Call your governmental organization. You can’t really depend upon what the average person says because they are only repeating what they hear from someone else. Even published reports say very different things about thimerosal still being in the vaccines, so I am not happy with all the misinformation. We have no choice but to contact vaccine manufacturers or governmental regulatory agencies to get what hopefully is accurate information.
